These guys are the best and have been the best. They are honest and stand behind their work. After messing my front bumper up and going to 3 different shops who all said I would need a new bumper but, I wasn't able to afford it. I had the brackets to piece back together and they all said no. Well I finally went to good ole Autocraft and they saved me literally $2,000 because of their honesty. I also used them 20 years ago and they did awesome work. My experience is that most of the time when a review is done its because someone is upset about their experience. SO, I wanted to write to say I love this business. I have used them twice now. Each time, I have been treated SUPER, by all of their employees. My car got done sooner than expected. It was done perfect, and they cleaned the vehicle up inside and out. Looked wonderful! I am very pleased with Autocraft here in Yakima and happy to say I am a real person and have been in Yakima Wa for five generations.
